The self-check-in experience felt more like using an AirBnB than a traditional hotel!!! The shared bathrooms could use better signage and clarity on availability!!! The basic room décor felt a bit austere and lacked character!!!

The location was great for exploring Fort William, with attractions like Old Inverlochy Castle just a short walk away. Lovely and tidy place, just a hop to town! The relaxed vibe was perfect, and the mini fridge was a good surprise for my nibbles. The beds? Oh, divine!

I stayed in the Budget Double Room and it was surprisingly comfy! The bed felt amazing after a long day of exploring. I loved the quiet vibe of the place, perfect for relaxing. The shared bathroom wasn't an issue at all since there are two of them. Plus, Claire was so nice and helpful. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Fort William!
